Matt is a down to earth, authentic dude who I think anyone could click with. He has a no pressure, let’s see what we can do approach which really was refreshing after visiting some other dealers where you get the old song and dance. After shaking hands On a deal I met Jim from finance and same deal, great guy with a genuine personality. He worked a GREAT deal on my contract and processed all my info real fast. Matt stayed on the ball and did all the foot work and phone calls with the registry, the upfit company, etc which allowed a seamless transition on my end. Helped me out Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of Nissan. This was my first and last one I’ll buy. My 2010 cube with 87,000 miles had the tran Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of Nissan. This was my first and last one I’ll buy. My 2010 cube with 87,000 miles had the transmission fail which Justin promptly helped remedy. But only 3 days later, my timing chain snapped, killing my engine. I still had a considerable lien against my vehicle and now had to put an engine in my car! The sales and finance team was great! They understood my situation and helped me get back into my original brand, Toyota. As a point I want to add, I was religious on my oil changes as well as any other maintenance that needed to be done. In fact when I brought the car in for the transmission, Justin let me know that I needed a new ball joint and front brakes.... fine get it done. So to have an engine failure after a transmission failure was just appalling. The whole team was fantastic and got me out the door with a great deal and back on my feet. It’s because of this reason that I am giving the dealership such high marks but in terms of quality of the vehicle, very dissatisfied. More
