Don’t because it does happen quiet often at team Toyota of Princeton according to friends and co-workers , Yes that is exactly what Team Toyota of Princeton did to my Toyota, it all started when I took my Toyota to them for a simple oil change, after waiting over two hours they called me and told that they stripped the oil plug while taking it out, and they asked me to pay them over $650.00 to replace the damaged oil pan which they damaged and blamed me for tightening the oil plug (funny since they are the one who changed oil last), when I refused to pay them any extra money and insisted they to fix my car and correct their mistake, that is when they started shouting at me (even used the F word at one point in the service lobby), 3 days later the Service manager called me yelling why I posted my review on social media, this service director / manager was yelling at me over the phone, did not let me even talk and then hung up on me when I asked him to calm down, I managed to tell him my car is leaking oil because you damaged my oil pan, he was not interested in hearing that, this dealer don’t care about customer satisfaction, actually they did not care about me sending them emails right away about what happened, I had to take my car to another Toyota dealer where they confirmed what Team Toyota did and how they screwed up my car and wrote it all up on the invoice. They want me to come into their dealership and talk about it, they know exactly what they need to do, I would not take a $ 50.00 store credit for a $ 741.00 damage they did, I wouldn’t service my car there nor would I do any business with them based on all negative reviews on other internet websites and what happened to me personally. More
I keep coming back because I can trust my car to be reliable. Service is prompt, advisors are friendly and informative, techs are professional. *Beware*Deceptive Selling Worst Customer service I leased a Toyota Rav4 LE based on the features explained to me to be present in the car. When I took the test drive the sales person never explain I leased a Toyota Rav4 LE based on the features explained to me to be present in the car. When I took the test drive the sales person never explained any features leave alone the demonstration of the safety features. I asked 3 times about the safety features present in the car. The sales person only verbally explained them without showing them on the actual car. However, based on the list of features presented to me, I made my decision on leasing the car. Next day I realized the car was not giving any blind spot warning. I called the salesman and he told me that he was busy and will call me back, but that never happened. I explored my self and came to realization that blind spot warning feature was not present in the car. Had I been told this beforehand I would have made a decision for another model or another brand of car. When I contacted the manager, I was told that nothing can be done. The customer service in this dealership is non-existent and as expected the management is the worst. Sure the attitude of the managers and the management reflects in every employee of this business. They are only interested in your money. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend to stay away from this dealership. More
