Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I have to admit that I hate the process of buying & looking for a vehicle due to past experiences. However Tanya & Jim (Finance) made buying this truck the easiest and best experience I have ever. Their courtesy, no pressure attitude , and commitment to great customer service made me feel that my business was appreciated and wanted at Ted Britt. The time that the transaction took was one of the shortest i ever experienced as well. This is wonderful when a sales/service organization is also respectful of your personal time, especially on a holiday when purchasing a vehicle. Tanya and I discussed my vehicle needs and she helped me to choose a vehicle that worked best for my growing family. Love the car! Love the people we met at the dealership! We had a great experience with everyone we met at Ted Britt Chevrolet. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Mas Hill. We knew we were interested in the Impala LTZ, and after discussing options we wanted, Mas got us set up for a test drive. Mas and Andy Britt worked with us on the pricing - which turned out to be a very pleasant negotiation. It was a little busy that day, so we did have to wait a little for all the paperwork to be completed, but throughout the time we waited, Mas, Andy, Veda and Donald kept us informed. We love the car, had a great experience, and would definitely go back to Mas and Ted Britt Chevrolet to buy again. More
