In February I found this truck, a black 2003 Chevrolet Silverado SS, online listed on Ebay. I drove from central Virginia to the dealership on a Saturday to see and test drive the truck. Nice truck but ha Silverado SS, online listed on Ebay. I drove from central Virginia to the dealership on a Saturday to see and test drive the truck. Nice truck but had issues which they would not address at all. Claiming that they had brakes worked on in their service department and that the previous sales manager had paid too much for it from a wholesaler. Seats were worn, it was dirty, the battery was dead, and the exhaust was a cobbled together mess of an aftermarket muffler welded in to stock pipes with rusty aftermarket exhaust tips. It was not presentable at all. Mr. Tim Lee offered to adjust the sale price to $14,000.00 from $15,995.00 which was still over the Car Fax recommended price of $13,000.00. I left that day to finalize my financing with my bank. I decided to wait at that time to buy this truck because it was over priced. About a month later I saw the truck listed again. I called the salesman whose name was not listed above. They would not deal with the new price of $16,995.00. Even though I was interested it took two days even to get a response back from the dealership. Evidently they were not that motivated to sell the vehicle or didn't care. I assume the latter. Now today, 3 May, I do a search on Auto Trader and what pops up first is the very same truck at Britt Chevrolet. Best part is that the sale price is now $11,950.00. Since I initially inquired about this vehicle I have never been contacted to follow up about a sale. Maybe if I was still interested? Never informed of a new possible sale price or offer. Nothing at all. In my mind this is not a professional or efficient sales department. I would not recommend anyone to buy this vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I have seen other people refer to dealerships as "Stealerships". They must have been referring to the Britt Chevrolet Used Car Sales department. Buyer beware! More

I upgraded the type of wheels and tires I had on my truck and needed the truck's TPMS to be reset to match the higher pressure needed for these light truck tires because they are a E rated tires. Other deale and needed the truck's TPMS to be reset to match the higher pressure needed for these light truck tires because they are a E rated tires. Other dealers in the area said that it couldn't be done when I knew in fact that it could. Brain checked with a tech and said they could do it and to bring it down. The TPMS was reset in no time at all and I wasn't even charged for it. That is great customer service!!!!!! Both Brian and the mechanic were very polite and showed that they wanted to solve my problem. I won't go to any other dealer for anything after this. More

I have a 2001 Corvette Convertible, and Sterling Chevy and now Ted Britt Chevy, have always taken care of it. Today I came in for a left blinker out, and Ron Martin got me right in for the repair. Then and now Ted Britt Chevy, have always taken care of it. Today I came in for a left blinker out, and Ron Martin got me right in for the repair. Then Eddie Jappell, who worked on the car, came out to explain to me exactly what happened, and what it would cost before doing the repair. After he was finished he brought me the burned out part to show me the problem. Both Ron and Eddie were great, they were personable, friendly, efficient and honest, I really appreciate all of those traits and it is why I bring my Corvette only to this Chevy dealership for service. These men are why I am able to drive my 2001 Corvette at this late stage in its lifecycle. Thank you, Kimberley Greene More

In early April, I purchased 2013 Camaro Special Dusk Edition 2SS Convertible from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, Virginia. Unfortunately, it did not have the NPP Dual mode exhaust option I wanted. Edition 2SS Convertible from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, Virginia. Unfortunately, it did not have the NPP Dual mode exhaust option I wanted. Problem easily solved - Chris Thomas was my service advisor and Rob Wilkey was the tech. who installed the complete dual mode NPP Exhaust system on my new car. The new pipes and new rear valance were ordered factory GM, and the vacuum controller was ordered aftermarket. Fantastic results! These people know what they are doing (especially with Camaros). Rob did an excellent professional installation, and he even programmed the exhaust flaps to be controlled by my homelink garage door opener. Chris was great researching and weeding through the exact parts I needed, and then arranging the whole repair quickly and seemlessly. If you want something really special done to your Camaro, this is the place to go and these 2 guys are the people to see. Believe me - I am a very picky service customer, and I drove away smiling. More

As an Embassy representative, I was impressed with the friendliness, courtesies and friendly and detailed easy explanations required for a decision to be taken towards an eventual purchase. The experience at Ted Britt Chevy was excellent. We described what we wanted to Eddie, we were shown the car that met our needs quickly by Eddie, we arrived at a fair price with Eddie and Omar, and we described what we wanted to Eddie, we were shown the car that met our needs quickly by Eddie, we arrived at a fair price with Eddie and Omar, and we purchased the car. Carey and Eddie efficiently handled our paperwork, explained options available to us, and we closed the deal. On delivery day, Eddie explained the operations of our new car, delivered it clean and ready to drive off, thanked us repeatedly (as did Omar and Carey) for our business, and we left happy.
