When I 1st contacted Ted Britt Chevrolet I was contacted promptly. I talked to Silvana Hamdan, Jason Fischbein and Omar Hernandez in the beginning and they all worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I've been to other dealerships where everyone had something different to say, but these 3 worked together and were all on the same page which helped give me the confidence to continue the progress. Even when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do they never pressured me and I even made different appointments because of my uncertainty. When I finally committed and showed up I worked with Will Allen ( which was also on the same page) to finish the deal and I have to say he knew his stuff and was a class act guy! While I was in with the finance manager (please forgive me I forget his name) to finish up some paperwork Will kept my teenage kids occupied and they loved him! He's all they could talk about on our way home. This group of professionals is the reason why I gave such a great review and when I'm ready to buy another it will only be Ted Britt Chevrolet. More

We purchased the demo so there were a couple of things that had to be fixed on the vehicle. Not unusual for a demo. Ronald, in the service department, has been very helpful and easy to work with, he arranged the work and rental car so it would be least disruptive to our schedule. We were shopping for a very specific vehicle, called Matt Snyder @ Ted Britt and they had exactly what we were looking for. We set an appointment to come by and see/test drive; unfortunately, traffic in thi Snyder @ Ted Britt and they had exactly what we were looking for. We set an appointment to come by and see/test drive; unfortunately, traffic in this area is very unpredicatble and we had to call and adjust the appointment time twice. By the way we drove to Sterling from the Quantico area, passing three Chevy dealers we had dealt with in the past, but will not again. Each time we called Matt assured there were no worries, and said he had even pulled the vehicle we were interested in up to the front and said it would be there when we arrived. True to his word, Matt met us there when we pulled up and showed us the vehicle and was all setup for the test drive. After the drive we told matt we would be buying the vehicle and we had a GM military discount certificate. Matt sat us down at the desk, asked us a few questions and came back with a sales offer thatbeat the military discount by over $800. When he asked about financing we thanked him for the offer, but declined as we had pre-negotiated a great rate through our credit union and had a vehicle buyers check with us -- again, no pressure and he proceeded to finish the deal and introduced us to Carey Lair who would be finalizing the deal. Carey said she understood we had our own financing and respected our position that we were there to buy a car, not money. She did offer us other items such as extnded warranty, road hazard, etc. Some were a good deal (for us) and we took advantage, others such as GAP were a better deal elsewhere. She was very personable and straight forward, a refreshing change from other dealer finance directors we have dealt with in the past. In the end, we drove away from the dealship in our new vehicle, washed, fueled, and plated one and a half hours after arriving. Matt was professional, courteous, and earned our business through sincere action versus gamesmenship -- a quality my wife and I seldom see, but greatly admire when we do. Carey was equally professional and respectful of ur intent she did offer suggestions, in a non-pushy manner, for us to consider. Her actions made it clear they were interested in gaining our business as a repeat customer rather than trying to get everything they could from our one purchase at the risk of future sales -- we like that and think many f you reading this will too. If your in the market for a Chevrolet, do a little research to determine what you want or think you want and then call the crew at Ted Britt and give them a chance to demonstrate why they earned this rating from us. When I was looking for a new car I visited several dealerships to shop around. My initial experience that I had at Tedd Britt's Chevrolet with Mike Garrett led me back in to take another look at the dealerships to shop around. My initial experience that I had at Tedd Britt's Chevrolet with Mike Garrett led me back in to take another look at the 2013 Malibu. The customer service I received from Mike was second to none. Unlike the salesmen at the other dealerships, he was very accommodating and seemed genuine when he said that he would work to get me what I wanted. While I was going through the process of deciding if the Malibu was really the car I wanted, he didn't try to pull my leg or use greasy sales tactics to get me in a car. Once I knew it was the car for me , I couldn't decide on a color. I asked Mike if he could pull two cars up side by side so that I could make my decision and he did. At no point did he pressure me to pick a color and he stood out with me while I waffled back and forth between the two. I chose a color and Mike and Costa quickly went to work on running the numbers for me. Since I already had a reasonable number in my head, I awaited to see what they would comeback with. Upon their return, the number that they came back with didn't match what I had in mind. I negotiated and they met me halfway with a number that was agreeable. At that point I was sold, I signed the paper work and was handed the keys. I drove away happy with a deal that couldn't be beat. If your in the market for a car, I recommend that you go see these guys to see what they can do for you. More
