Went for a safety recall and was able to make an immediate appointment! Got there and asked how long it would take. They told me an hour and a half. Was gone in 40 minutes. Very happy. As always the people at Tejas are always wonderful and do an amazing job. I have to say that Don Waters blew me away. My family have been bringing our vehicles(we have 2 Toyota cars) here for a long time n an amazing job. I have to say that Don Waters blew me away. My family have been bringing our vehicles(we have 2 Toyota cars) here for a long time now and have always been pleased. This time was different. From the first moment I spoke to Don to schedule my appointment he was very professional and friendly and helpful. He spoke very clearly and his communication was strong. His voice was very calming and super helpful. Of course I was very pleased. I was even more amazed when I brought my car in and met him. Even my sisters law who was with me said the gentleman is very friendly and happy. I was just drawn to his positive energy. I wish every business had people like him working there and interacting with customers that way.
