I am a fairy dedicated customer to a Temecula Nissan. I’ve always had great service and great confidence that Nissan up Temecula will take care of all my needs. I had an oil change and filters, drove home, service tech did not put oil cap back on, oil all over my engine and cement driveway, this is the second time this has happened, so annoyed and disappointed, not did not put oil cap back on, oil all over my engine and cement driveway, this is the second time this has happened, so annoyed and disappointed, not sure if my engine is ok , oil level on the bottom of dip stick, my drive home was 25 minutes, when I arrived home car was smoking, spent $300 dollars for below average service. Refusedbto give me my triple A service discount. Asked 3 times. Triple a agent confirmed it was eligible.
