We were lied to numerous times about the service our car was receiving. Turns out nothing was done to my car at any point. I’m the end we had to take the car to a Lexus dealership and even then Nissan lied was receiving. Turns out nothing was done to my car at any point. I’m the end we had to take the car to a Lexus dealership and even then Nissan lied to them about the troubles I had said our car was having. Lexus had no clue what the initial problem was something Nissan failed to clarify numerous times. The only bright spot was Tim Nelson because of him we finally got to enjoy our car. More
Always excellent service from this dealership. I was due for an oil change, and My check engine light was on. I brought the vehicle in and Alex explain to me the extent of work that needed to be done. I did for an oil change, and My check engine light was on. I brought the vehicle in and Alex explain to me the extent of work that needed to be done. I didn’t have the money and I didn’t want to finance. Alex spoke to my husband regarding what needed to be done, although we decided not to have the work done because we couldn’t afford it, we’re able to get the oil change with absolutely no pressure or judgment. I always feel good that I’m never pressured to make any kind of purchases. Hopefully after I file my taxes with my return I’ll be able to get the service I need. it’s nice to always see you familiar face, your trust my rep. He’s always so polite and professional. More
