I should have known better when Alex wasn’t there to come back another day. I did my expensive repair with Sunbit and person didn’t know how it worked. Now I’ve been charged twice and no manager available to do the refund until the next day (how is that possible there is no manager there?). They say refund has been processed but I don’t see it... why is my charge immediate and my refund 2-3 days away. Not exactly fair and not exactly great to be out a large sum of money twice More
