Everyone in the service department is always welcoming. Adam is, and has always been such a helpful and a great service advisor! The lounge is great, my little daughter always enjoys and looks forward to Adam is, and has always been such a helpful and a great service advisor! The lounge is great, my little daughter always enjoys and looks forward to grabbing a snack and drink while waiting. I was a little disappointed that the dealership is using AI Bots to schedule appointments. I had set up a Date and Time that was confirmed in the text message and when i got to the dealership there was no appointment in the system for me for that date and time but had been put in the system for a whole week before my confirmed appointment date. Adam was able to squeeze me in even though the service department was packed, But i would have been very upset if i drove over half an hour to get there and got turned away since the appointment was put in incorrectly when i had confirmation of the correct appointment. TV Lexus had excellent customer service the moment we walked through the door. Sales Reps Wayne and Alex were dedicated and had exceptional knowledge of the GX 550 we were searching for.
