When the car was “ready” I immediately noticed they removed the plastic protective floor coverings but didn’t install the floor mats. When I asked about the missing mats, the salesman said we’ll have to come back. I can’t believe I went along with that. I went back 2 days later. The mats were on “order.” Excuse me? I just spend $40,000 and the car has no floor mats? And your sales manager is too busy to return my phone calls? O.K. Now it’s my turn. I ain’t got time for B.S. More
