I called this dealership to get my second key fob ordered and calibrated for my new car. New cars are coming in with only one key fob due to the chip shortage. When the car was “ready” I immediately noticed they removed the plastic protective floor coverings but didn’t install the floor mats. When I asked about the missing mats, the salesman said we’ll have to come back. I can’t believe I went along with that. I went back 2 days later. The mats were on “order.” Excuse me? I just spend $40,000 and the car has no floor mats? And your sales manager is too busy to return my phone calls? O.K. Now it’s my turn. I ain’t got time for B.S. More
