The Service Department is normally pretty good but on my last visit, they missed the mark. They did not message me like they normally do to give me updates on my car. I was in the waiting room when they called me on my cell phone to let me know my car was ready. Alexis did not meet me at the counter to go over what was done with my car. When I went to the counter to pick up my car, there were a group of workers huddled in a corner and didn't come up to me right away to see if I needed help. When I went to the cashier to pick up my paperwork, they weren't as attentive either. Probably the only person who was nice was the guy who brought my car to the front. Very disappointed in my last visit. More

In March of 2020, I went into the Toyota dealership in Temecula & traded in my car for a new one- one single transaction. Toyota botched this paperwork completely & treated it as two separate transactions Temecula & traded in my car for a new one- one single transaction. Toyota botched this paperwork completely & treated it as two separate transactions. I had no idea of this until three years later of radio silence passed & I received a letter from a debt collector demanding payment. I had no explanation, it took me two months to get one after talking to everyone I could. It was supposedly for excess wear & tear & returning the car early (2 months early). The dealership informed us that if this was handled as one transaction, none of this would’ve happened. I went back & forth between dealership & Toyota financial services trying to get rid of these charges. In the end, the dealership only agreed to pay off half, just to get rid of me, of course. I paid it to protect my credit but I was completely defrauded. More
