Yvonne, When you returned your vehicle lease back in March 2020, you were informed that you were responsible for excess wear. We were able to confirm that you completed a statement of facts, as well as the lease return odometer statement. We agreed to pay half of the charges as a sign of good faith despite the signed documents stating that you would be responsible for those charges. Again, I was told that if the dealership had correctly treated this as a SINGLE TRANSACTION back in Mar 2020, I would not have been charged anything else in 2023. Nothing was said in Mar 2020 of possible additional charges 3 years after this transaction.
