Extremely disappointed with this dealership. They did not offer any customer loyalty when I brought my lease in. The promises that were made when I first signed for lease were not kept. I was told that I had expensive taste and maybe I should try for a car that was quite a bit less when I didn't like the first offer they made. Our salesman "Moe" kept deferring to my husband after he had been told many times that it was my deal. As a woman, I am deeply offended. I make more than enough money to get what I want. When I asked about keeping my vehicle he was even less interested in helping. They wanted to charge a high interest rate and offered no support. Needless to say we are going to a different dealer just so Temecula Toyota won't have any of our business. I've never understood the term mansplaining until today. They also offered no incentive for essential workers or first responders. More
