Prices are consistently low but low price is only worth it if the quality is still good. I frequently had to return with my car after getting work done. The employees are rude, condescending, and defensive it if the quality is still good. I frequently had to return with my car after getting work done. The employees are rude, condescending, and defensive when it comes to taking any responsibility for errors. The last time I was there I dealt with all of this as well as witnessed an employee treat a customer very disrespectfully. This customer was not well fluent in English and the employees response to the language barrier was extremely & overtly disrespectful. Ford has lost me as a customer permanently. More

I’ve never had any bad experiences bringing my Ford’s here and they always been able to figure out any issue I’ve had. Prices seem comparable to other shops around the area and the staff seems very knowl here and they always been able to figure out any issue I’ve had. Poorly diagnosed service issue. Replaced routers/pads on the rear brakes when the problem was the calipers on the front. Significantly over charged only to actually get the problem Replaced routers/pads on the rear brakes when the problem was the calipers on the front. Significantly over charged only to actually get the problem fixed for 200.00. The same service in Little Falls would have been 300 vs 500. Would not buy a new vehicle there if I can’t trust that I won’t be taken advantage of. More
