I’ve been bringing my Lincoln for service at Tenvoorde for a few years now. As someone who knows nothing about car mechanics, and as a single woman, I’ve struggled to find a service provider who is honest for a few years now. We bought a pickup in Sept. 2025, within a few days the service engine light came on. Returned to the service department three different times within 2 weeks to have the service 2025, within a few days the service engine light came on. Returned to the service department three different times within 2 weeks to have the service engine light repaired and never did fix it now we sit at April after not being able to drive the truck all winter because of the service engine light. They told us " just drive it, it won't hurt anything" Now they are not helping us or standing behind their product now we're at a $7,000 repair in the fuel rail system and the garbage service contract they sold us is no good for this. They won't return our calls it sounds to me like they sold a lemon and they know it and they didn't fix the problem I would never trust them never believe them and never shop there. I may not have recourse but I will pursue a negative social media campaign!! More
