Did not address all the issues, just one and it went down hill from there. Initial part they said was the issue been replaced 2 times with in a week of my appointment. Yup, had to be that part even thou down hill from there. Initial part they said was the issue been replaced 2 times with in a week of my appointment. Yup, had to be that part even though I told him the fuel pressure was low. Was not going to allow them to throw parts at my vehicle. Never got to the Shudder code for not working. As I just purchased the vehicle it had a warranty. The service writer mentioned repeatedly they don't cover diag fees and the fuel module was under the $350 deductible. I called warranty company and they 100% pay diag fees and they never had a call about that vin #. I declined repairs and when I picked up the vehicle the trim was not installed and plastic seat cover, floor mat, and steering wheel cover (wheel cover was smashed between seats). So not ready for pick up. Took it to a Aamco as it was "in network". They changed pump and shudder system for $100 deductible. How you let a transmission shop out do you on service and quality of repair is astounding. I worked at a Lincoln dealer in Cali for 7 years and I would be embarrassed. More
