I requested a call back, but there was no response. After arrival we met with Barry, who has always been very helpful and efficient. Barry had no indication we had asked for him to call back and furthermore none of the updates we gave the scheduler were in Barry's computer. Over a two week wait to replace several steering bolts????????? Humbug! A RAV4 is in our near future. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tom was wonderful at the front desk -- very personable and helpful. I was a bit annoyed -- when I got down the road about 7 or 8 miles, my 'check tire Tom was wonderful at the front desk -- very personable and helpful. I was a bit annoyed -- when I got down the road about 7 or 8 miles, my 'check tire pressure' light went on. It was raining very hard, but I pulled over and checked the tires -- I could see nothing wrong with them. I returned to Tenvoorde, and Tom immediately had the technician pull my van back inside and check the tires. Guess he just hadn't reset a switch after the tire rotation. All is well, it was just an inconvenience at the time. Fortunately, I wasn't on a strict time schedule that day!! More
Will never go there again for purchase or service I took my car in for a number of things. 2.5 hours later they "said" they had fixed the leak on the tire. Kept leaking to I took it somewhere else I took my car in for a number of things. 2.5 hours later they "said" they had fixed the leak on the tire. Kept leaking to I took it somewhere else and they showed me the screw that they found. Quoted me $140 to fix the visor - I fixed it myself with a screw. Horns goes off all the time on it's own - wasn't fixed. I will never take my car there again nor will I buy another car from them. More

2017 F150 timing chain rattle John Murray, service rep, was great. Ford Motor Co. did not initially have a fix for the noise coming from my engine on cold start up in my 2017 F150. John Murray, service rep, was great. Ford Motor Co. did not initially have a fix for the noise coming from my engine on cold start up in my 2017 F150. (timing chain rattle). But finally, after several weeks, FMC "authorized" a fix which seems to have fixed the problem. Time will tell. John Murray did everything he could to mitigate my displeasure that my essentially new and first Ford F150 with only 40K miles was going to need an engine tear down. John Murray and Tenvoorde Ford supplied me with a loaner vehicle twice while my truck was in for repair. (Once for diagnosing the problem and once for the repair) That loaner vehicle made being without my truck bearable. This is my first Ford F150. My two previous trucks were GM products. Each driven for 10 years and 200,000 miles each with essentially no issues. My F150 has had 3 recalls and now this engine problem. And while I know every vehicle can have problems there is little chance my wife and I will buy another Ford. Again, My displeasure lies with FMC, not with Tenvoorde Ford or John Murray who provided excellent sevice. More

Recalls and things to be enabled on my pick up This guy deserves to get a raise best service I have had through tenvoorde. All my other services there have been sub par but this guy is awsome.
