Trying to sell me adjustments/maintenance that I already did. OVER $800 worth!! The fix is five stars, the service tech charges are shady. The way it was explained to me is, they charge $125 for diagnostics of each issue your vehicle has. For instance, if you have a sensor that’s shady. The way it was explained to me is, they charge $125 for diagnostics of each issue your vehicle has. For instance, if you have a sensor that’s an issue and a tire issue the diagnostic fee is would be $250 on top of any fix… I had a backup sensor issue and they couldn’t get it to activate (I sent them three videos of it going off randomly)… they charged me the diagnostic fee when I took it back the second time.
