When I had my car alignment done. The dealer alignment rack was defective, causing my wheels to be way out of alignment. This caused extreme difficulty when driving on ice and snow covered roads. The dealer attempted to re-align my car several times, but still with the defective alignment rack. I brought my car back a couple months later to make another attempt at correcting this issue, and at that time was told that they had discovered the problem with the defective alignment rack and were able, at this time, to correct the issue. However, they did not ever contact me to let me know the situation had been resolved on their end. So I was driving around with an unsafe car even after they corrected the defective equipment at their shop. This was a complete failure on their part to ensure they made my car safe to operate. More

I would recommend this dealership overall. But if you have a safety recall about a door latch, think twice. My driver side door doesn't always unlock with the key fob now. My husband and I have purchased a few vehicles over the years through Tenvoorde Ford and they have always been wonderful to us.
