The service department is horrible. Have bought three vehicles in the past five years from terry thompson. No problem with sales. Vehicle has to be detailed after just about every service due to oil and dirt left on hood , fender , and interior of vehicle. Had issues after service today. I live 2 hours away. No support from service on issues. Will be finding a new dealership for purchases and service. Again service department is horrible. More

Jason Morris is the worst most incompetent service manager in the history of the industry !!! Brought my car in in a Friday after hours, called on Saturday morning to let them know it was there, and c manager in the history of the industry !!! Brought my car in in a Friday after hours, called on Saturday morning to let them know it was there, and came in on Monday morning to speak with Blair about the issue. I was told it would be 1 to 2 days before I knew anything. The service ticket did t even get written until 5 days later and was repeatedly told just a few more days, just a few...... Finally 3 weeks later im picking up the car after a 4 hour job and Jason wants to act like they're doing me a favor when I approach him about the repeated lies and put-offs !!! He told me that there was none else above him for me to call and talk to and told me that I wasn't welcome back when I asked him to make it right and do something for me, ie. oil change, detail, etc.... I promptly let him know (in no uncertain terms) that I cannot imagine a circumstance in which I would be so inclined as to bring my car back to you clowns !!! Jason Morris is the world's biggest joke to a service department !!!!! More

Awful company. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. If I could give negetive 5 stars I would. When I asked are they going to pay my trade in off they said yes so I asked a 2nd time are they going to pa If I could give negetive 5 stars I would. Never once told me they were only paying cash price and putting the rest on my new loan. Which is fraud. Trade in value was 27k-30k which I owed just over 28k on it. And then the cash price was 22k screwed me out off close to 7k. And the car I traded in was a special 50th anniversary edition mustang with 65,000 miles on it and I got a truck with 194,000 so I was basically doing them a favor in the first place. But yet they still screwed me. And the financial guy jason forced me to put gap insurance on it I asked how much it would lower payment without gap and he said it would actually go up which I knew was a lie from the beginning. Should've walked away then put didnt. If you're reading this please save yourself from a nightmare of a company and go anywhere else. This was a mistake I had to learn the hard way. More

The entire family & several coworkers have used Terry Thompson for vehicle purchases & have never been disappointed. When I started this vehicle purchase, I had visited several places in Pensacola. I had even touched base with 2 out of state, and visited one in Foley, AL. No one helped me like Terry Thompson. I called in to make an appointment to visit and got salesman extraordinaire, Max Sanders. Not pushy, not condescending, & not one question about my "credit standing" until I picked a vehicle. The whole process was so simple. I didn't sit in dealership for hours, there was no haggling, none of the games of "this is the vehicle you can get" (vs the one I want), just helpful guidance. I picked a vehicle out as the dealership was closing, and had the keys in my hand when I got off work the next day (yes, we did a lengthy test drive, not some go to the light & turn around BS). Steve made financing so easy, I actually still liked him when we were done! Then Max Sanders, my sales professional (who has the patience of a Saint,) detailed every new bell & whistle I had on my new truck & even took care of setting up the Sirius/On Star amenities. He earned my lifelong business. Heck, he feels like family now! To top it all off, Terry Thompson's service department took care of installing a couple of other upgrades I had ordered and THAT department too was nothing but great. Professional, courteous, attention without pushy or aggressive. They treat you like you matter from the time you call in a get the cheery receptionist until you drive off the lot with a tank of gas, a comprehensive warranty, and a fantastic new Chevrolet vehicle. Terry Thompson is THE place to go!!! Max Sanders is the best - 25+ years of experience & knowledge. More

I was assured my 2012 equinox was repaired for excessive oil consumption. Would not guarantee their work on their defective motor! 5 months later, no warning light...no ojl!
