Amy was professional and friendly; I just felt that I could trust her to work with me to find the car I wanted. She answered every question I had, sent pictures, negotiated the price with her manager and took a deposit with my bank card over the phone to hold the car until I got there. I made an appointment with a mechanic in Bristol to have the car checked out and Amy drove me there. There was no pressure at any time; I felt she was honestly more concerned about meeting my needs than selling me a car. A very positive experience. More
