As we started to head for the trucks on the lot we were greeted by a friendly, wonderful gentleman, Dave Shanks, Sales Consultant! There was no pressure - he answered all our questions knowledgeably! He showed us several trucks and helped us compare them so that we felt very comfortable. We weren't planning to buy that day but Dave Shanks, along with Stephen Venturo, Director of Financial Service, were so knowledgeable, helpful and sincere that we decided to go for it! They both went above and beyond to make the vehicle ours! (of course, making a sale is their end goal, but they are truly, nice, sincere people!
