They are thieves. Rafael Arismendi along with his manager Tim Creadick went and marked up the vehicle I bought by $2k without disclosing it. When I asked if the price Rafael Arismendi along with his manager Tim Creadick went and marked up the vehicle I bought by $2k without disclosing it. When I asked if the price of the vehicle was the sticker price I was told yes. After I signed, which I was rushed to do, I noticed the principal amount was increased. I brought it to their attention and they pretty much were passive aggressive about it and said well you signed. When they were contacted by Jeep corporate they lied and said it was disclosed to me before the purchase went through. Be careful dealing with this dealership and their shady ways. Oh and they also disappeared the sticker before the car was transfered to me. Highly disappointed in this dealership. This matter will now turn legal. More

CAREFUL! This was my favorite dealer, I had already bought two vehicles with them, I told my brother, he bought it too! But what happens they are having false advertising, the prices that are appearing online are not the same as what they want to give in the dealer, I really feel quite uncomfortable and disappointed, I did not think they were doing this, I saw a Lexus valued at a price online and they, after I saw it and everything, the manager says no, simply the price went up and I had to pay almost 5 thousand dollars more, I said no... BE CAREFUL GUYS AND READ CAREFULLY. More

This is the one and only Mopar/Jeep dealership in New York/New Jersey in which I had a very positive experience. The salesman (Rafael Arismendi) helped me a lot by sending me estimates of payment via ema York/New Jersey in which I had a very positive experience. Unlike other dealerships, Teterboro sold me a Jeep for less than the Window sticker, whereas other dealerships are marking up the price.
