I rated my experience average because the service department could be more welcoming and attentive. It's also a disadvantage that there are no loaner vehicles available. The previous service I had (oil change) was great. However, this one (replacement of tire) was not as great. My spare tire was put on my car while I waited for a new one to be delivered. When I went out to my car I noticed that the spare tire was almost flat and had to drive to the nearest gas station to put air in it.
