This dealership uses low online prices to get customers in the door and then adds an item called “financed accessories” that is a $3000 add on to used vehicles. Then, in the paperwork there is a clear line that says that fee is not required and is not a condition of purchasing the vehicle. It is a year long leather and paint warranty and a reconditioning fee. I asked for an itemized list of what they did to recondition the vehicle and they said they could not provide me with one.
