Service experience was horrific. Her communication was horrible and it should not have taken from Nov. 9 to Nov 29 to get a battery and starter. Especially when I was driving on your lot everyday seeing my vehicle parked in the spot the wrecker left it in. There was no customer service involved in this. Called for service manager and GM and was told they were at a conference. No one wanted to give me the GM's name. Worst experience. More
