Convient Philip was very responsive and helpful. Very patient and listened to my needs. I'm in Clear Lake Area so the south Webster location was near me.... I Philip was very responsive and helpful. Very patient and listened to my needs. I'm in Clear Lake Area so the south Webster location was near me.... I found was at the north location. Philip made arrangements for me to sign Ana pick up my new used Cadillac at the south location. I work full time w kids so this helped me tremendously. The finance department at North failed to ask us for bank statements so when we went to sign loan docs and pick up car, we had to print bank statements at the south location and come back a few days later to sign. Overall, the process was great. Ike the finance manager at the south location calmed me down when I was in a panic so I was thankful he was there being patient. More
