Texas to Idaho I had been searching for an escalade with a bench for months. It just so happened that Texas Auto had two. One in our price range ans the other not so I had been searching for an escalade with a bench for months. It just so happened that Texas Auto had two. One in our price range ans the other not so much. We set our sights on one and before we could finish the paperwork it was sent to auction. Texas auto gave us almost the same price for the other that originally as out of our price range. We finished the deal and had to get it shipped. The shipper gave us a quote and when it came to it shipping it not one carrier would touch it for the quotes price. Brodie and his GM covered the cost and got it to us before I deployed. I haven't see the car in person but Brodie and his team ensured me that it will meet all expectations. They work hard and do what is necessary to help their customers. I'd do business with Brodie and Texas Auto again. More
From an honest salesman In attempting to negotiate a better price with their used car guy I mentioned something about how realistic their number was compared to what value th In attempting to negotiate a better price with their used car guy I mentioned something about how realistic their number was compared to what value they put on same car when they took it as a trade and was met with a response about how if they came down even a hundred dollars they would be losing money. I knew this was a lie and immediately decided I'd never do business with this group. [There's a reason for the quizzical feeling when they evaluate your trade, proceed to strategically devalue it to you by pointing out what they perceive as flaws, offer/give you about 10 thousand below what the true market value is, then turn around and expect to make another 10k from someone else. Yep, who knew in a day your car would appreciate in value by twenty thousand dollars.] Fast forward a couple months and their internet guy, Edward emailed me, doing their regular follow up because every lead you get, you have to use it up (i.e.- call, email, text incessantly), anyway I thought he was from same dealership and mentioned if he was from the dealer I was thinking of that'd I'd not be comfortable doing business with them because of something the used car mngr said. So being the consummate professional that is employed at this enterprise he has a snarky reply the next day, to which I reply, "Yep. It was you guys." And fast forward a couple minutes and the guy is busy again, sending childish emails to me. I told him to stop and blocked the domain but they can still get messages through, it's a purpose driven method they use to email, they can't be spam blocked like more general criminal scammers using an actual, permanent email address. So, I'm very excited to have not done any kind of business here, I would not trust them to change my oil, and I implore anyone reading this that believes they've found a good deal at this dealership to pause and look closely at the condition of the vehicle and other factors. Many dealerships are horrible and they are famously unapologetic about it, they don't mind if their people harass would be customers once they've decided they aren't going to be customers. I think people are getting tired of the insane profit margin in new and used sales, which is a dealership like this one taking you for everything they can. You'll probably recognize the type by how many times you leave before you even get close to a price you are comfortable paying someone for lying to you and handing you the keys to a car someone else built. Seriously, how about an ACTUAL, FAIR, retail price for cars... Buyer beware of this place... And if they were dishonest with you, speak up here. More

This was a horrible first experience This was one of the worst communicating dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. From the first day I sent a availability request on one truck. That took them 3 days to respond with a trade in appraisal. That’s when they told me the truck I was interested in sold the day u asked about it. Ok. That’s fine. They proceeded to send me info on another truck pretty similar. Talked back and forth for a few days about it. Finally when I was able to go and look at it. I sent a email saying what time I would be there. 250 miles later I show up. Only for the sales manager to try and find the truck. And it sold. So wasted trip and a not so happy Potential customer. More
