Car Buying Made Painless by Sales Representative I had put off purchasing a new vehicle for way too long. I dreaded the process immensely . I forced myself to make that first call to a dealership recommended by Jerry Reynolds host of the Car Pro Show. It was my good fortune that that call was answered by Brodie Scott, sales representative at Texas Auto! After my first conversation with him on the phone, I knew that I was in extremely good hands. He was so incredibly respectful , knowledgeable and a downright nice guy. I told him from the very beginning that I was not going to play the "car buying game ". He told me that he had some vehicles that fit the description of what I was looking for And invited me to come take a test drive . I drove over 150 miles to drive the vehicles that he had actually put on reserve for me to try. I bombarded him with numerous questions about each vehicle . He was able to answer them with exact precision. The best part of the entire test drive experience was that there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever !!! He reassured me that if none of the vehicles were the right fit that he would personally keep on looking until he found the one that I would be extremely pleased with . I did make my purchase after Mr. Scott arranged for me to keep the vehicle for several days in order to make certain that it is the one that I wanted . At every turn he was absolutely fantastic. I thought that this level of commitment to service was a lost art form. He proved me wrong. I do not plan on purchasing another vehicle anytime soon but when I do there's no doubt in my mind that it will be through Brodie Scott at Texas Auto. More

Going above and beyond Went into this dealership after reviewing their website and looking for a newer truck. Was not sure or set on any one model. As I was walking around looking Daniel came up and introduced himself and I thought just let me look for a moment. He was not pushy or too in the face salesperson. He just asked what I was looking for. So he took the time to explain the different models, features and the price points. Seen a couple of trucks that I really liked however those were more than I wanted to spend and more trouble and work on the "sales haggle" After looking for a while we went inside to check the computer because he had one in mind however we didn't see it on the lot. We found it in the system and, yes I was interested. However, it was not currently at the location. Daniel got with whomever and said it would be able the next day. Which was fine. The next day I came to see the truck and took for a test drive. It was what I was looking for however there was a few things that I had to decide to make concessions on due to purchasing a used vehicle. After the haggling over my trade the deal was done. Daniel Young worked very hard to get the deal done. And following through after the sale, he even helped clean out my old truck and placed it in my new one. Texas Auto has a great salesman in Daniel and a great finance manager Tim. More

They will tell you what you want to hear. Came in on Monday April 16th to look at a vehicle listed online at the Clear Lake location. Arrived and was informed the vehicle we were interested in Came in on Monday April 16th to look at a vehicle listed online at the Clear Lake location. Arrived and was informed the vehicle we were interested in was at a North houston location and they would transfer it back to this location. Spoke to the sales department today, Wednesday April 17th at 10:40am and was told the car was on the lot and they would hold it for me. I texted the sales rep at 2:39 and told him we would be in for the car. He responded at 4:32 and said no problem just walked by the car it’s still here for you. Get there at 7pm and told “I’m sorry the car sold at 3:30” Then the excuse was “the owners friend came by and saw the car and wanted it” So we are second to the owners friend? Money talks, I get It but integrity is also kinda important. Wouldn’t waste my time on this place. EDIT: After leaving this review I recieved a very demeaning text from Mike Martin. Buying a car is a stressful process and after being baited and switched by some larger lots realized that Texas auto was fair in pricing and seem to really care about the customer. Mariah goes above and beyond and even helped me entertain my 4 year old while going through the process. She is kind and does not pressure anyone. If your looking for someone to just show you a car and let you feel it out- she’s the one! She did try to make the process as painless as possible and for that i am grateful. More
