I had good customer service but was disappointed in one issue. I purchased my car a white CX-30 in June 2020. Little orange spots (looks like rust or rust color, but is not) are beginning to show up on the issue. I purchased my car a white CX-30 in June 2020. Little orange spots (looks like rust or rust color, but is not) are beginning to show up on the exterior white of the car. They are small dots, but noticeable and do not come off with washing. I asked about them when I brought my car in for service. I was told by the service person that some other Mazda owners had registered the same concern about these spots showing up on the finish of the car. I was told Mazda would not correct it. When it came time to discuss pricing, Jeff was really great and helped us out a lot on the price of the car and trade in. The dealership made this process very smooth. I expected much more back and forth, but we came to a deal very quickly. The dealership was very transparent too. Jeff went through all the numbers with us before we even went to finance. There were no nonsense fees being pushed. We dealt with Ryan Straz in finance. Ryan was very pushy and would not take no for an answer when we told him we didn't want to purchase an extended warranty. I had to tell him no many many many times before he would drop it. Once he did though, Ryan got the deal done quickly and professionally. I was pleased that he did not push any nonsense upgrades too. All in all, we had a great experience at this dealership and would buy from them again, and we'll be sending family/friends Jeff's way in the future should opportunity arise. More
I was very happy with the service, although I was not happy with the 2 hour and 15 minute time frame the service took. It was a routine service and was told between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. It delayed my day with other errands and appointments. When I asked why there was a delay, I was told because there was a staff shortage and they have discussed getting more people with management, but to no avail. I have to go and get my brake fluid done soon and I am concerned that it will be another LONG wait. I have never had this problem here before, but 2 hours and 15 minutes for a routine service is a complete joke. More
