My purchase of a used 2017 Mazda CX-5 was a very good experience. Two cars were cleaned and ready for us to test drive. In hindsight I would have preferred walking out of dealership with both the car and a clearly itemized list of sticker price, sales tax, other fees, cost of the pre-owned certified warranty and total finance charges.
