Chris went out of his way to do everything he could to assist me with my potential purchase and referred me to Moe, his manager, for further questions. Moe was so professional, patient, thorough, and kind that he made me certain I wanted to buy from them. I had shopped around and was considering locations further away from my home, but after talking with Moe and Chris in person, I decided to proceed there. They did not pressure me at all, but they offered me great incentives and options that made me decide to purchase the car I was looking at there. Moe went out of his way to offer me the very best service on all levels of the process and was patient with my inquiries to help me decide what was best for me. I am an existing Mazda owner and feel relieved that this process turned out to be so easy and comfortable, thanks to Moe and Chris, and that I was able to buy near my home and be so happy with the car I bought! Ivan and Moe did a fantastic job working with us and answering all of our questions. They did not attempt to pressure us or "hard close" us on buying a car with them, which is what ultimately led to us answering all of our questions.
