Ivan and Moe did a fantastic job working with us and answering all of our questions. They did not attempt to pressure us or "hard close" us on buying a car with them, which is what ultimately led to us answering all of our questions. My front sensor had what I assumed was a malfunction coupled with my auto garage door link, I called and VIc told me to bring the car right over. He took the car and within an hour it was back, check coupled with my auto garage door link, I called and VIc told me to bring the car right over. He took the car and within an hour it was back, checked out, explained the reason for the problem, and as an added bonus my car was washed. This experience was a repeat of the same excellent service when I brought my car in for the trunk recall, When I left Vic after the recall he gave me his card and said anytime you need help just call me, I did not expect it to be less than 2 weeks later! I really do not have the words to tell you how much I appreciate Vic's kindness and help, it makes my life so much easier to know I have a great advisor to rely on who really cares about customers and your dealerships reputation!!
