I would recommend the service center. However, between the sales department and the service department you all need to get the paperwork and communications working better. I had to bring my paperwork with and prove that the oil change was free. Even the finance dept. was relaxed and I never felt rushed as I looked over the paperwork. A big purchase like this is stressful enough, and I felt like this was probably the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. More
