Another error during routine service After a routine oil change, all my infotainment system personalizations were deleted. Station presets, safety notification settings, personal preferences were all factory reset during the time my car was being serviced. The service department would not accept responsibility and I wasted 90 minutes re-configuring all the deleted settings. More
