I went to three other dealers before I went to Evanston. Chris Reis and Mo took care of me. They were very calm and not aggressive about buying the car. Station presets, safety notification settings, personal preferences were all factory reset during the time my car was being serviced. The service department would not accept responsibility and I wasted 90 minutes re-configuring all the deleted settings. More

Routine Maintenance I intend to keep my 2012 MX-5 forever. My car still runs and looks like new, without requiring any expensive repairs. The only minor problem is that they forgot to change the oil and battery when I first got the car (found out by an independent mechanic), and they gladly fixed these issues. More
