He even laughed at me when I told him my desired price. Very frustrating experience. I've signed a CX-30 with another dealer in Chicago and didn't get any surprise fee - the exact MSRP. More

Service Department was modern and clean, and had nice amenities including coffee, some snacks, wi-fi and TV. The service advisor was friendly and kept me informed as to the progress of my appointment, an amenities including coffee, some snacks, wi-fi and TV. Horrible customer service at the dealer and the service is even worse. They control the market in Chicago since there aren’t many other Mazda options around the area therefore they don’t care how they trea is even worse. I’ve been to other Mazda dealers in other states and they’re much better. If you can opt for a diff Mazda dealer I’d recommend doing so. More
