I contacted the Mazda dealership and they sent me to their service center. From the moment I arrived the service I received was excellent. I was listened to, and kept informed during the process. They were able to diagnose what was happening, get it fixed and work with my warranty company to have them pay for it. PB was my contact there and he went above and beyond to work with me even though I had to leave Chicago and go back home while it was being repaired. I would highly recommend their service. More

Don't like to be lied to! I understand that this was a recall service. I did question since it was a big job involving the front end whether a wheel alignment would be done. Fi I understand that this was a recall service. I did question since it was a big job involving the front end whether a wheel alignment would be done. First I was told it shouldn't matter(which is not true) but that it would be done as a courtesy. When I was told the car was ready, I called back to make sure that the wheel alignment had in fact been done. This time I was told that it was done as part of the scope of work of the recall and that the car was ready. When I went in to pick up my car I asked for the print-out from the wheel alignment. Then they admitted that they didn't think it was done and that they would do it but I would have to wait. WHY DID I CALL TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS READY?? ANSWER-to avoid this so I wouldn't be late for work. I must admit that they did move quickly to get it in to get the alignment done but come on guys-you can do so much better! Don't lie to people when they call. That is just irritating!! More

He explained everything to me regarding my visit as for my service writer Reena always takes care of me and she is very knowledgeable and really cares about her customers And I always get a free car wash every time I visit... what more can you ask for ? Really gone downhill I dropped my car off at noon with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and to inspect the brakes. At 3 p.m. I had not heard anything so I dropped my car off at noon with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and to inspect the brakes. At 3 p.m. I had not heard anything so I finally called and was put on hold for several minutes. PB, (who should wear a nametag since it was unclear what he was saying his name was) finally informed me of what was going on and I instructed him to go ahead and replace the rear brakes. He said he'd call me by 4:30 to let me know the status. At 5:30 I finally had to call the service center AGAIN. He said they fell behind but that my car was ready. When I arrived at 6:30 I had to wait again for someone to come to the cashier. Then when I finally left, my tire sensor gauge came on because they forgot to reset it - which has happened the last three times I've been here. I will no longer be servicing my vehicle at this location. As I see it, the primary reason to take one's vehicle to a dealership service center is to get top notch quality service. More
