Jeff produced a stress free environment that allowed me time to make my final choice of a Mazda purchase. He communicated with me throughout the process and has followed up with me post purchase. Question thoroughness of diagnostcs; no timely communication April 16 for check engine light. They had hard time figuring out the problem so had to leave overnight. Many other problems identified, resulting in $ April 16 for check engine light. They had hard time figuring out the problem so had to leave overnight. Many other problems identified, resulting in $1200 bill. On May 23 and only 161 miles later, check engine light on again. Again, had to leave car overnight for several days (some of which I was out of town). Fuel pump replaced, and this time the car was driven many more miles to make sure fixed. Only $800 this time. Obviously, I'm not a mechanic, but scenario raises question of whether a more thorough exam first time around would have identified problem and eliminated need to come back second time. Yes, it is an old car and stuff happens. Still, not that many miles were driven between the 2 visits. I was given a loaner car. Oh, when I picked up car second time and got home I noticed that all the carpeting in back seat had been pulled up and left in a heap! Sloppy and inexcusable. Whose responsible for signing off on this stuff? And why was that necessary? So far, engine light is off. Throughout the 2 visits I was very disappointed in general failure to communicate status of car. I generally have to check myself to find out either: it's not ready yet or that it can be picked up. This despite promises to keep me informed. When I called last Monday to make sure it was ready, there was considerable confusion as to where the car was. Finally, someone was located to let me know it was ready (Noel Parmar). Having said all that I have to concede there's not much of an alternative Mazda service site for me. So will probably return in the future with my fingers crossed. The waiting area is very nice. More

Maybe it's because I've changed from week day visits to week-ends. It starts with communication. I leave messages, because no one answers and then never get a call back. It is puzzling to say the least. More

Happy with our new CX-5 Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our recent visit to Mazda. Kam was awesome, gave us great information about our new leased vehicle, and was very helpful. I would say that the only time we felt could have been a better experience was during the meeting with our financial person when signing. He was very nice and got through all the information, but it felt sort of rushed. There wasn't much opportunity to ask questions or clarification- it's obvious he has his speech down pat and wanted to get through all the information. We're not super familiar with leasing terminology, so more explanation would have been helpful along with more information of each optional service plan for the car. But overall, we're happy with how it all went. More
