Quick oil change I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and everything went smooth. It took about an hour and 15 minutes as promised. The waiting area is very comfortable, It has a TV, computer desks, coffee machine, snacks and free bottled water .The staff is very helpful and tries to update you on timing. More

Simple, Quick, Painless I've gotten my vehicles in odd ways, so I've only been to a used car dealership one other time, with my previous vehicle. That experience was terrible I've gotten my vehicles in odd ways, so I've only been to a used car dealership one other time, with my previous vehicle. That experience was terrible. I was told by my friends that that is just the way of it. Cool. So I never complained. When I went in for the test drive, I think my salesperson may have thought I was a total jerk. I don't think I cracked a smile once. Total deadpan. I just figured either it would all fall apart or it would take 7 hours and I'd be intensely irritated by the entire process. Could NOT be further from the truth. Everything that was horrible at the other dealer was great here. I wasn't hassled. I wasn't pressured into buying odd things (like a seat upholstery warranty for $2000). The coffee was both good AND free. I was able to go run errands and come back. They answered all of my questions and were forthcoming about my rights, in regards to financing and major purchases. I feel really lucky that the used vehicle that I wanted happened to be at their spot. I'd happily go back. Again, RIDICULOUSLY painless. More

That was disappointing to hear because I thought he was great and handled all my questions or concerns professionally. However, I do think Jay is just as great. He is knowledgeable and seems to be the go to person here when other agents have questions. So that says a lot. He is quite funny and personable. I like that he is informative and provides detailed information to customers as opposed to just saying okay your all set. He goes over the paperwork with you as to what was done to your car and asks if you have any questions. This is helpful especially when you are a female. More
