Lengthy and overpriced 1 hour and 45 minutes and $87 for a basic oil change is ridiculous. Also, a coupon that was mailed to me was not honored. They claimed I had to mail 1 hour and 45 minutes and $87 for a basic oil change is ridiculous. Also, a coupon that was mailed to me was not honored. They claimed I had to mail in a form, then get the discount on my NEXT oil change. No thank you. I'll go to a faster, less expensive business that specializes in this service. More

Excellent Service in a timely fashion I had not been to the dealership for some time but needed a factory part replaced and I like to go to the dealer for that. Unprofessional, unskiled staff, not customer oriented After 15 e-mails, and few phone calls, I didn't get simple information about my warranty. It is not a technical question, it is a law question, and I am paying for that. Autobarn Mazda Evanston seriously brakes the law.
