This new building also offers a comfortable waiting area with free wifi, which is very convenient and appreciated. I can count on Reena to take my service needs seriously and professionally, and I'm never disappointed by her follow up with me while my care is being serviced to provide me with any and all updates on the status of my car. We have had a number of great conversations during my visit not only about my Mazda, but also how each of us is doing in our daily lives. I feel like I'm talking to someone who's a friend. I went through a period earlier in the year where my car experienced some major mechanical issues, and every time I came in, Reena greeted me with concern about the issue, and promptly secured a loaner for me so that I would not be without transportation while my car was being serviced. I look forward to seeing service staff that I've come to trust over the years at Autobarn Mazda with my car, and Reena is one of them without a doubt! More

So when the check engine light came on and stayed on, I scheduled a service ap My CX-7 is very temperamental when it comes to non-routine maintenance. So when the check engine light came on and stayed on, I scheduled a service appointment at Autobarn. Despite not knowing ahead of time that the service center had moved, the service went better than expected. During the initial inspection, another issue was discovered that could have been very costly to me. Reena Parmar searched open recalls and was able to provide that repair to me as part of a warranty recall. She even made sure I had a loaner to drive while the car was being serviced (which is necessary for me, now that their service center is not close to the L or Metra). Thank you, Reena Parmar. More
