So when the check engine light came on and stayed on, I scheduled a service appointment at Autobarn. Despite not knowing ahead of time that the service center had moved, the service went better than expected. During the initial inspection, another issue was discovered that could have been very costly to me. Reena Parmar searched open recalls and was able to provide that repair to me as part of a warranty recall. She even made sure I had a loaner to drive while the car was being serviced (which is necessary for me, now that their service center is not close to the L or Metra). Thank you, Reena Parmar. More

When I arrived he was obviously helping someone but he looked over at me, greeted me and said he'd be right with me. It might not seem like a big deal but to be acknowledge right away makes a huge difference in feeling like you are valued. So often you stand waiting not sure if you're next in line or if you should be somewhere else. He is just so conscious and personable. Even though it was horribly cold outside, because I would be leaving my car, he made sure they washed it, knowing it would have time to dry before I picked it up. He is thorough in his work and often thinks of things I wouldn't. I love working with him. I wish all the employees in the service department were like him. More
