Juan is the Best! Juan Vargas is my favorite service guy. When I arrived he was obviously helping someone but he looked over at me, greeted me and said he'd be right w Juan Vargas is my favorite service guy. It might not seem like a big deal but to be acknowledge right away makes a huge difference in feeling like you are valued. So often you stand waiting not sure if you're next in line or if you should be somewhere else. He is just so conscious and personable. Even though it was horribly cold outside, because I would be leaving my car, he made sure they washed it, knowing it would have time to dry before I picked it up. He is thorough in his work and often thinks of things I wouldn't. I love working with him. I wish all the employees in the service department were like him. More

I don't normally write reviews as I don't have much free time, but Danny Bender and Jonathan Sammons went above and beyond to make this a great experience. And that deserves to be recognized. They were very responsive to e-mails to clarify some things before I made it into the dealership. They was no pressure at any point in the process. Danny was very honest, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with any questions I had on the Mazda 6. They never played any games. On top of that, Danny even drove my old car from their dealership back to my house, over 45 minutes away. We were not trading in our old vehicle, and were not finding any good options to get it back to our house. That's when Danny offered to drive it back. Totally unexpected, and we are very grateful. More

I am a happy customer . Last week I had my Mazda CX-5 serviced at Mazda in Evanston. Simon Kim was the person who helped me and he did an excellent job. Finding the ne . Last week I had my Mazda CX-5 serviced at Mazda in Evanston. Simon Kim was the person who helped me and he did an excellent job. Finding the new service place was a bit of a problem because the street sign where you turn off of Howard had been taken down. But once I got there it was great. Simon called me to let me know how my car was and Is a good communicator. He seems to enjoy his job and working with people. Is a good problem solver and goes the extra mile. 👍😃 More

He was knowledgeable but basically only responded to my questions --> important!! to me. Also, Mazda's reputation had preceded us, as my sister had had a good experience and the 3-Sport, in a color I liked, was just right for this single guy. John Sammon[s?] provided the "deal-maker" by making a CD player happen. I was in a position to take maximum advantage of the Autobarn's $2000-off-with-3.9% arrangement, and when Chris was free he helped me in getting my former car and my Mazda to their destinations, the same-day. He has been responsive to my several calls for his help since. As re: the "Mazda family" concept, this experience has been exemplary! (I am checking Anthony Caminetti below also, because he has been very informative, the day-of and since.) More

Simon is very attentive and conscientious about my needs and keeps me informed on the work being performed. I enjoy feeling confident that my car is being serviced and kept in top form to keep it (and me) on the road for many years to come -- and my car is 12 years old, and I still love it and rely on it greatly.
