My rep makes my Mazda expereice excellent in every way. I am a two time owner of a Mazda Miata, the second one, which I am driving at the present time, was purchased at the Autobarn on Chicago Avenue in E I am a two time owner of a Mazda Miata, the second one, which I am driving at the present time, was purchased at the Autobarn on Chicago Avenue in Evanston, Illinois. I recently had my car serviced at that location (and more recently at the new location) and wanted to compliment you on one of your employees, Juan Vargas. He has been my service rep for several years now and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is Juan personable, friendly and welcoming but I always feel confident that I am receiving the best possible care for my Miata (I do love my car!) His attention to detail along with his personality is probably the main reason why I continue to have my car serviced at the dealership. I wish there was a way to replicate Juan for all customer service jobs. He is an excellent example of how customers should be treated and a valuable asset to the business. I will continue to by a loyal customer because of the excellent service and treatment that I receive from him and wanted to say thanks for hiring such a great individual to represent your company. The service, as alway, was excellent. Bianca James assisted me as soon as I arrived. She came out to the waiting area to give me an update part way through. She even gave me a discount although I had forgotten my discount card. The waiting area was clean and had comfortable chairs and provided coffee and snacks. The car was brought back all washed and dried, with even the inside of the front windshield cleaned. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to buy or get service for a Mazda. More

I worked with Emir Svraka and he was great about getting my deal completed with little back-and-forth negotiating. Rather than the usual process of having a dealer go back to his "finance specialist" 30 times before coming back with a monthly rate of $100 more than you are willing to pay, he heard what monthly payment I was looking to be at and came back within minutes with a deal that worked for everyone and required me to put less money down than I originally planned, so overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend anybody I know to purchase their next car here and definitely ask for Emir. More

Also love that I paid them to register/plate the car I bought from them and now the temp plate is about to expire tomorrow and nothings come in the mail, and when I try to contact them I keep getting sent to random people's voicemail's.... Avoid this joke of a business if at all possible, and the "cleaning" they perform on the a/c system's smell still hasn't gone away after a month. More
