Autobarn was a streamlined, painless way to get reintroduced to the brand. In particular we worked with Dave York who was very knowledgeable about each car and its capabilities/packages. After several informative test drives, we were able to narrow down to the model that best met our needs. Without the high-pressure tactics that we hate, he made sure to let us know about upgrade options, and helped us settle on the right car at the right price for us. Facility is spotless and well organized. This was a textbook example of the people we worked with making the sale. Positive friendly service = happy customer. More

I contacted Chris Nolan, who was immediately helpful, sending photos and answering my questions honestly. We worked out a general price over the phone, and he held the vehicle for me while I worked out logistics of driving down from Madison, WI with my family. I think he could've sold it more easily to someone else, but he went out of his way to make it work for me and my family. I really appreciate the level of service Chris gave us to make sure we weren't disappointed, and there were no surprises.
