After several informative test drives, we were able to narrow down to the model that best met our needs. Without the high-pressure tactics that we hate, he made sure to let us know about upgrade options, and helped us settle on the right car at the right price for us. We worked out a general price over the phone, and he held the vehicle for me while I worked out logistics of driving down from Madison, WI with my family. I think he could've sold it more easily to someone else, but he went out of his way to make it work for me and my family. I really appreciate the level of service Chris gave us to make sure we weren't disappointed, and there were no surprises.
