As soon as we entered the door evryone was very friendly and willing to help. When I asked a slaseman to get the saleswoman that we spoke to before he was more than happy to go and get her not like some at and willing to help. Our saleswoman was very friendly, she kept asking if we wanted or needed anything, water, juice, coffee, etc. All through the process of us buying our new Forester she was very thoughtfull and concerned about my wife and myself. After we decieded to but the 2011 Forester and had to wait for the finance person, she would come and advise us as to how long it would be before we saw him. Once we got to the finance man he was also so very nice, explaining everything to us and giving us all our options. I just hope, if and when we have to bring the Forester in for warranty work that the Service Department will be as nice as the Sales department. More

The day my and I purchased our new Outback we visited two other dealers. The first stop was at a Chevy dealership where the salesman was a train wreck!!! When we arrived at Autobarn Subaru we were introduced to Paul. He set us up with a few test drives, a Forester and the Outback. When we decided the Outback was our choice Paul helped us every step of the way. He was more laid back then most salesman, yet professional, and very knowledgable of the products.
