Dave is great. He has helped us buy 4 cars. When we came in the first time we were unsure about what to do our car had been underwater with me in it. He helped us He has helped us buy 4 cars. I brought in my 2012 Tiguan to the VW Autobon on 8/8. Your employee, Carlos introduced himself and asked how he could assist and he really listened to the issue I was having with my car. He returned shortly informing me of the problem with an estimate of the cost. Because of his confidence assessment I gave my approval for the repairs. I appreciated that Carlos offered a shuttle to take me home when it was going to be a long wait. I was impressed by Carlos’ personal service, confidence, knowledge and efficient service. More
