Your staff found a tire to do the job at an excellent price and installed them in one day. It is the best choice that was available. The ride, though, is not what would have been given by the Michelin tires. It is softer, and less stable, but that is not something you control. A written statement of the warranty terms for the tires is not provided. It should be. I am expected to trust that the verbal explanation of the warranty is correct, that I will remember the terms, and that the will be honored should I have need to use the warranty. More

Fixing my problem I was having difficulty getting my key out of the ignition after turning off the engine...it often took several attempts to get the key out. The dealer where I purchased the Crosstrek merely said push hard when you go into Park. Service reps at Autobarn Countryside immediately said they would order a part to correct the situation. They do so, installed the part and now everything is working fine Moral of the story: Not all Subaru service departments are alike. Autobarn is one of the good ones. More
