Finally-found the right car at the right Dealership After 4 months of searching the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs I found the car that my wife would enjoy. The dealership itself was clean, the vehicles being sold were clean and the staff that I interacted with were nice and professional people. Most of my negotiations were with Manager Merck Mornik who was a calm and mild mannered guy who generated a stress free negotiation process! Ronnie Regep was the associate who I spent time with finalizing all the vehicle details and he made sure all my questions were answered and the vehicle was to my satisfaction. The final paperwork and signatures were completed in the office of Allen Mando and he was precise and swift in explaining all the documents. Actually everyone I met or spoke to within the dealership appeared to be good natured people. More

I had to get a new battery. Sam was professional knowledgeable and caring. Great employee. Subaru what is going on with you. This is my 3rd Forestersnd the GPS IS CRAP and the AC has gone out. More
