When you call back after 3 hours of leaving your message, you are asked to just repeat the process. I finally had to ask to speak to one of the service reps. Although I bought my last car from Volvo Oak Park, I would not buy another car from them because it is way too difficult to make service appointments. More

Great Experience! My boyfriend and I saw this dealership off the highway on our way to a different dealership. We knew we were interested in Volvos so we thought we'd stop and take a look. Carlo was there to greet us right away and get to the bottom of what we wanted. We ended up seeing a Certified 2012 S60 T5 and were pleasantly surprised with the unexpected car/deal we had found! Carlo and Shaun knocked it out of the park in terms of customer service.
