I have just initiated my second 3-year lease of an XC-40 Volvo. My "Master Consultant" is Jay Conley, and the title is fitting, even if Jay's modest explanation is that it came on the basis of his 32 years Volvo. Jay is truly a consultant--a patient, very good listener, and a person who works with me to find the best mutually agreeable arrangement to put me on the road with a car that I will be happy with. I highly recommend Jay and the Autobarn of Oak Park Dealership. When your only complaint is the non-stop country music in the new car showroom, you know you are in the right hands. And if you want to listen to something different, the business office in the used car section was playing Frank Sinatra standards during my last visit. I have been visiting Autobarn of Oak Park for over 20 years now. There have been a couple of bumps in the road but the service there has always been professional. Although I have worked with everyone in the service department, I recently worked with Robert Fellowes on a 60K maintenance appointment on our XC60. He was honest in telling me what I needed and more importantly what I did NOT need at this point. Did not try to convince me of repairing anything that didn't need repairing. He even said he didn't feel comfortable reccomending a certain part until I absolutely needed it. That helped me to keep my cost down until the next time. Always appreciate Robert as well as Marc Kubil and Jamir Garcia. More
